BOSCH JS260 Top-Handle Jig Saw - 6.0 Amp Motor, Variable Speed Control, Low-Vibration Plunging Design, Toolless Blade Change System - Ideal for Accurate and Smooth Cutting

For the price, it was a great deal. I had an old craftsman unit that worked but was not very user friendly. This machine is significantly higher quality than what I was using (i.e. better control, precision, less vibration). Specifically, the speed control works makes it easy to set the speed for the work that you are doing (the major reason I was looking for an upgrade) and the lack of vibration meant that it could cut pretty precisely (says someone who hates to fix bad cuts in sanding). So if you are just an occasional user or need a light duty scroll saw, this is great. If this is the primary tool in your shop, you should be willing to pay a lot more money for the next increment in technology.

Really nice jigsaw. Solid build without play or sloppy in the action. A definite upgrade over the jigsaw we have owned for 15+ years. Very satisfied with purchase.

Ligera, fuerte, poco ruido, es. Magnífica. Lo único que no me gusta es que no incluya ni la guía de corte recto ni el sistema de recolección de aserrín y se vendan por separado. Me gustaría también que se pudieran conseguir la zapata plástica y la guía antiastillas o al menos, no he tenido la suerte de encontrar Recomiendo mucho está herramienta, ten cuidado con el cable, no lo vayas a cortar

It's the Lexus of jigsaws. I only use Bosch blades , this is an incredible piece of engineering. I'm amazed of the radius this machine can cut & never break a blade. Somebody stayed awake at night designing the Bosch JS260.
