This is crushed marble I think. Nonetheless, it does the job. Wash it well before layering in aquarium

The quality of this white sand is really good. I have ordered it many times and the best part is that it is ready to use after 4-5 rounds of good wash in the bucket. I'm setting up a new tank and this is the result after 12 hours of dumping sand.

The sand is very fine. I was expecting a more granular texture. In water it dsnt look totally white but a little greyish. I had to wash it for 11-12 times before the water became clear enough for the sand to be put in my fish tank. It is ok ok but not too good.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This sand is poisonous, not suitable for aquariums. Avoid!!

My tank is 60x30 cms. I got 10kg.Extremely happy with the new look of my tank.As other reviewes suggested, I washed the sand like 10 times before adding to tank. But even then, in the beginning it was kinda cloudy. Next day it was less cloudy but still had whitish hue. And next day everything became a lot more cleae. Still not crystal clear like before but 9/10 clear. Also got iwugami rocks and that completely changed the look of my tank. Also the fish seem very happy and chill.Delivery was slowI already had an inch of pebbles in the tank to which i added 10kgs of this white sand.

Completely satisfied with the sand . Gave it a quick wash before using it in my tank .
