Does not fit correctly. Looked at the reviews before ordering, however I did not see the ones about no returns. Needless to say, need the large instead of the medium. Will never purchase anything from Neo G again. Purchase at your own risk based on the chart sizing.

I am a Chiropractic Physician and ordered this brace for a patient who has several spinal issues, including kyphosis ("hunched" forward posture) and mild scoliosis. Her hunched forward posture was a big complicating factor. This support has been a very helpful part of her overall treatment and has helped her retrain supporting muscles to hold her torso and head in a more upright, proper posture. This has helped her other treatment (chiropractic adjustments and corrective exercises) to be more effective as her hunched forward posture has not been working against her as much. She reported nearly instant improvement in her level of discomfort after I fitted her with this brace and made sure it fit properly.

I am 57 years old with a case of lifelong scoliosis that does disable me from working an office job. Perhaps it should be known that likewise any such job would bore me out of my mind. Paradoxically, my calling in life is to engage in writing work that does require me to work at a 27 inch iMac presently. I sit in half hour spurts. Before I got this brace my neck ended up hurting by the time the 30 minutes was over every time. A thumper massage would take that pain away. When I wear this brace I definitely feel like I have more core support. I have had numerous abdominal surgeries as well. I am able to engage in full body exercise with ease that is quite challenging. I cannot sit or stand in stationary positions for long periods of time without experiencing pain. The reason I only gave this product 4 instead of 5 stars is because it is easy for me to slump forward in the brace (I have to be conscious not to do this) and the Shoulder band pads definitely do hurt my shoulders. Perhaps in time it won't hurt my shoulders, but perhaps it always will when wearing this. I personally would be concerned as to a problem developing if I wore the brace for too long. However, as I use it, I am greatly relieved that I have something to help me when I sit down to work, greatly relieved that my neck pain has gone completely away, which I had been experiencing ever since I got this computer about 1 1/2 years ago. After I take the brace off, I have not had any problems at all with my shoulders.

When you read reviews that say this product runs very small, BELIEVE THEM! I am a 5'10", 140 pound slender woman, I wear a size 8 in clothes. I thought that I would be the perfect case for following the suggested measurements and ordered a Medium. Don't do it! Size up! This device is long enough for me and it generally fits except the multiple Velcro straps that go around the abdomen are simply not long enough. I did not try this on right away and so I think it is likely too late to return this. If I attach the straps, I am squeezed and it is very uncomfortable to leave it on. So I cant wear it! I assume that Large or Extra Large is for taller, thin or normal people and that shorter and larger people will not be able to find one in their size.

Finally a back brace that works! I am 29 years old, 5'5" and 120 pounds. I broke my back a few years ago, my T11 and T12. I now have arthritis and it causes a lot of pain in that area. I am not a fan of taking medication so I was looking for ways to help with the pain and reduce risk of injuring it again.I like that it comes with 2 sets of support. The plastic bars are great for me because they are more flexible. I am fairly active and lifting equipment in my shop or stacking firewood. Other times I have to spend full days sitting at my desk doing paperwork, so I like the plastic supports better. The metal supports are quite stiff but would work well for limiting movement.I like the design of the shoulder straps. They work to pull your shoulders back for better posture and it does work. I also like that it isn't a big bulky brace. I can wear it under a sweatshirt and no one would ever know I had it on.The sizing chart worked well for me. I am a small framed woman but a bit busty and I have pronounced hips. I ordered a medium and it fits perfectly.I would highly recommend this product, it works great for improving posture and relieving back pain. I love it.

I love this brace, it gives me a lot of support and improves my posture 100%. Would have given 5 stars, but (for my body) it had a fault: the shoulder straps are too short. Being a seamstress, I solved the problem. Had some 2inch elastic. Sewed corresponding velcro to the ends and voila I can close the straps. The extra length still pulls my shoulders back, but I don't have to struggle to have the ends meet. Now I have a brace that I am very happy with.

Does not fit correctly. Just received it, tried it on and figured oh well, I'll just return it and order a long. When I tried, it said no returns allowed! Really?! I paid $80 for a brace for lumbar support and it's not long enough to cover my lumbar spine so I just need the same size but longer and I can't return it? By the way I am 5'4" and I ordered a medium. ..Smh

This brace is amazing. Ive tried many and they all slip or cause tension and actually negatively affect my posture, but this one really works!! It is big and bulky (you wouldnt wear it out under your clothes) but a couple of hrs a day at home, or when completing certain tasks, is life changing. Ive always hunched and had tight painful rounded shoulders and winged scapula, which not only affected my health but made me look terrible. Ive recently been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis -the main and most intense pain and disability being in my shoulders. Obviously this is down to my posture as I haven't had the shoulder pain since the day I started wearing this brace! (about 1.5 months) Ive even had the beginning niggly pains that means a shoulders about to flare up and within half hr of wearing this brace its gone :) My only quarm is that its too long. I brought the standard length. Im 5ft 5 and particularly short backed. To get the brace doing what its supposed to do on my shoulders, I have to wear it half way down my bum. This is probably not ideal for my hips and the rest of my back, but its doing such good for my shoulders. Obviously though, I cant sit down in it and have to plan standing up jobs. Would be amazing if they produced a short length so I could wear it at the computer

I broke my spine 4 months ago and now its healed thanks to waring a big fat ugly medical brace. Now they took off that brace however my muscles are shrunk and i dont have my old back support to carry on my daily life normally.So i called my doctor (who is head of orthopaedic doctor - cool ) and he said try this brace its one of the best.So i followed his advice and bought it. Everytime i have the need to use it - go on a photo shoot or study for exams i feel light and incredibly supported. This is my life saviour. I love you brace. And it fits perfectly as described size.However you should be aware of the elastic straps around your shoulder (which are very important) they can be a bit short and pull you. I just attached an extra piece for them and extended them.Absolutely invisible under clothes. I had a recent photoshoot made for me and as tens of people saw these pictures no one noticed by brace. And to top that it makes my body look fitter with it and slims mi down a bit.Highly recommend this product it saved me.

I have lots of problems with posture because of genetic defects and breaking my back as a child. I bought this because I wanted to improve my posture when riding a horse (!). I have to give it a bit of a tug because I am very lopsided so it takes a lot of correction, but this definitely makes a difference. I've also noticed a dramatic reduction in neck pain whilst wearing it, which I wasn't expecting but has been very welcome! The straps under the arm can be a bit sore so I'm going to put some more padding there but that's a minor issue compared with the benefits I feel. I need a bit of help with it because I have poor shoulder mobility and grip in my hands but I still think it's a fantastic product and worth the money. Over the years I have tried countless orthoses/braces/splints and it's rare that I find one as comfy and effective as this.

I very accurately measured myself multiple times to make sure I got the correct sizing because the product is NOT RETURNABLE, but when I received the product it was way too big. The size chart measurements only show the range of the belt closure when UNSTRETCHED, meaning no tension at all! If you want a snug fit so you can actually get the support and traction the product claims, you need to go down at least one size. I had hesitated going for a smaller size since several reviews claimed the product was too small. The sizing should have stated that the measurements were for unstretched closure, meaning minimal to no support, and should have stated how much the elastic stretches; that way the customer could purchase the correct size for their preferred amount of tension. Buyer beware of the incorrect sizing.

I am very displeased with this item as it is the wrong length, and as such is causing me pain and is very uncomfortable.And according to the product is a non returnable item, I need a replacement but there is no option for that.
