Not as good
Used better herbal tooth powder. This tastes like masala in mouth more so its not so effective. I was looking for a particular tooth powder I used as a kid.but can't seem to find that.this one is definitely not a good replacement.

Didnt work on me.
I bought 3 x packs together thought it will help my teeth and gums. It didn't work on me at all. When I use it , in the night time, sands like particles sticks in my teeth despite gurgling alot. I feel it can go in the body and create kidney stone.I also don't see any nourishment in gums of breath at all. Teeth don't become stronger with it al .
