Q: What size nipples come with these bottles?

These bottles all come with level 1 nipples.

Q: Why do these bottle leak?

They are hit or miss on leaking. Typically if I mixed the formula in the bottle with the vent in it it would leak. If I mixed the formula before I put the vent in it I didn’t have any issues with leaking. The leaking is caused by the formula/breastmilk getting in the vent and having nowhere else to go but out of the space between the bottle and the outer ring where the excess air is typically released.

Q: Which vent system do these come with? The original or the newer one?

The newer ones that can be used without the vent later on, but they all leak the same.
