what is the carb count on these s'mores bars

They’re 23 grams with 13 grams of fiber. If you’re doing keto that works out to 10 net grams of carbs per bar.

Does anyone know how the "s'more" flavor is sweetened?

It appears to be a mixture of Erythritol (Sugar Alcohol), Sucralose (Splenda), and Stevia. There could possibly be sweetness added from other ingredients but I believe these are the main ones.
