i bought this for my tween daughter who is having some big emotions, i'm not into crystals, so this was a last ditch idea, she wore it 24/7 and it really made a difference. she was calmer and had less melt downs. i wouldn't say it was a huge difference but it did help her. sad thing is, the bracelet broke at school yesterday. but i will be replacing it as soon as i can.

The beads are surprisingly small, and it's not nearly as "colorful" as shown. I'm a bit disappointed, especially since it's only one bracelet for the price. I expected it to be brighter and larger.

The media could not be loaded. I really like this hematite bracelet, even though it’s slightly bigger than I need. I’ve been wearing it almost non-stop for two months because I enjoy having something on my wrist. Occasionally, it pulls at the hair on my arm, but I still like it. I bought it after reading that hematite is believed to improve health. While it’s probably a placebo effect, I have felt better (though medications and doctors have definitely played a role too), and I like to think the bracelet contributes in some way. Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit nervous, and I find myself fiddling with the bracelet when I need to focus, which helps. About a month ago, the knot on the elastic band came, but it’s not a big deal.

These are 3mm stones at best (ordered the 4mm) and they do fit an appropriate 7 inch circumference wrist although the elastic feels old and could snap any minute. These are actual stones, are cool to the touch but I haven’t done tests yet to confirm actual lapis. It very inexpensive so 3 stars if you want mainly the beads at a 2-4mm size. These can be cute but just know what you are getting.
