Great recipes, tips, and motivational!
I love cookbooks that give me new healthy recipe ideas for what I can cook during the week for my family and me. So, when I saw this book I knew I had to give it a try! I really like the wide variety of recipes featured in this book which includes: breakfast, lunch, dinner, sides, and snacks.My family and I are on a mission to eat more healthy and I will definitely be giving some of the recipes a try.I also think its a good book for fatty liver recovery because it contains the nutritional value of each recipe so you know how much sodium, etc you are consuming. What was also really useful is the meal planner featured in the book. This was a great idea for the author to include as it can really help keep you motivated if you have trouble sticking to a change in diet.It is also very good that the author is creating awareness of this disease and how it can be improved, because until I read this book I knew very little about it. I recommend this book for anyone who may have fatty liver disease or even if you are looking for some healthy recipe ideas.

This book will help you deal with your fatty liver issues. Remember, improving liver health doesn’t have to be complicated in any way. With the right approach, you can make sustainable, longterm changes that nourish your liver and entire body. There are many breastfaat recipes and my uttermost favourite was the sardines with rye. This book will be good help on your path to healing and vitality so I therefore would recommend.

Great recipes
My husband was recently diagnosed with a fatty liver, and I’m still learning about his condition. This book provides a wealth of valuable information at the beginning, which I found very helpful. However, the layout makes the content a bit difficult to read.The recipes, on the other hand, are excellent—well explained, detailed, and accompanied by appetizing photos. I particularly appreciate the substitution tips provided after each recipe, which allow for even greater variety in meal options. I can see myself using this book often—it’s a fantastic collection and a great resource.

My sister has recently been told that she may have fatty liver disease. It was recently picked up during some routine blood work and came as an absolute shock. Apparently it's very common and you can go for years without even knowing about it, which is very worrying!Anyway, I bought this book so that I can cook her something healthy when she comes over. All I can say is WOW. I was absolutely blown away with the quality. It's waaaay more than just a cookbook. The author explains what fatty liver disease is in detail. Then there are tonnes of recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, sides and snacks. All of the recipes are simple and easy to follow (not like those books that contain recipes with ten thousand ingredients, most of which you don't have!). The pictures are absolutely beautiful too.On top of that there is a full week meal-plan and shopping list. And if all of that wasn't enough, you get to scan a QR code and download some bonuses (dessert and drinks/cocktail recipes).The best thing is that the recipes are not only for people with fatty liver disease. They are healthy and delicious recipes that can be enjoyed by the whole family.Don't hesitate. Buy this book! You won't regret it.

A comprehensive diet plan for fatty liver disease
I loved how this book starts by explaining what fatty liver is and how why it can affect it. The book is so well organized and gives you some really tasty-looking recipes. The sections are so well organized, and the book breaks down your breakfast meals, lunch, and dinner for convenience. All the recipes have clean ingredients, without processed and trans fats, and are made with fresh ingredients that benefit and heal the body and liver. The book goes even further and creates a shopping list for you, another headache it takes away from you. If you need someone to organize your weekly meals and a shopping list for cleaner, healthier meals. This one does it beautifully and saves you time if you're busy and, like me, just can't find the time to organize your healthy diet plan. Another bonus that I loved was how the calories for each meal were given, as well as other nutritional information you may want!
