I don't understand the 'frequently returned item' tag, unless they switch makers, but this is the item I was hoping to get. It is slightly different than the stock pictures show. Corner pieces have slots and color is maybe lighter? I might order another one but won't keep it if they don't match.It comes with good hardware, even having nylock nuts so they shouldn't loosten up over time. I used my own 1/2" wrench, though. The item description is poor. Dimensions provided are overall. Inside of the trays measures 24" × 36" and the handle tray is about 9" of the overall length. I might leave the handle off because of the way I want to use it.The Amazon regular price is the same as the sale price at that 'hazard fraught' store, and Amazon had it on sale for 10% off and delivered it no my door. The worst thing about this item was having to remember 'righty-tighty'.

Very sturdy, easy to assemble.

Use to haul tools or an extension of your work counter. Bigger wheels make it easy to move as well as the handle that runs the whole width of box. Priced competitively. Very pleased that it made our project easy to complete.

I didn't use this item more that a week and the middle support legs broke off. All I had on it was a water jug. This was supposed to be a heavy duty rolling cart and it was supposed to hold up to 550lbs. Cheaply made item and it was a waste of money. Very disappointed. Now I am out of utility cart and money!!

showed up with the box in one piece. BUT, it did not have the legs and handle so that I could assemble it. Needed to recieve a refund which I did promptly.
