This is my second replacement. Again the same defective piece they've sent. May be the entire product range is defective. Am fed up with the quality. The neckband don't vibrate with the incoming call. As a result have tons of calls goes unattended. Would recommend others not to buy. Horrible experience and their helpline number and email is unresponsive. Pathetic.

About the 4th I chose to wear this headset, it would not switch on. Thinking the battery had drained, I plugged it in again to charge it. Charging completed in a few minutes but it still would not power on.All this about 20 days after it was delivered so I just gave up on it after 2-3 attempts to switch it on.Cheap in price but CHEAP IN QUALITY - including sound quality and ear comfort.TOTALLY AVOIDABLE PRODUCT 😠😠😠
