During the winter I had very large rats bring havoc on my chicken coop, frozen ground not much I can do but just battle them. All winter gave up on traps could not put poison down due to my chickens so I found this product and since I have been using it in the last two weeks I’ve had zero rat activity. I use oil funnels, in the areas that I filled in their holes and I use two caps to gallon of water and every Friday I just filled them and let it seep into the ground coop smells wonderful. My chickens have not been harmed. I cannot say enough about this product when it comes to getting rid of rats 100% the best safe product around!!!

I love this oil. I delete and spray by doors and in closets and in my defuser. This is great quality and my second order.

used a couple of tablespoons every 15 days or so. divided into 2 small waste baskets, in case it gets too strong of a smell. no signs of mice!

I use to help keep rats away from my house, it works somewhat but honestly I have a horse ranch so rats are an on going problem and will probably never get rid of them all

This stuff is great and it absolutely works at keeping mice away- soak cotton balls put them out wont hurt pets wont hurt uSecret- get cotton balls put them in a big ziplock- pour some canola oil in tbe bag and soak the cotton balls just enough to get the cotton moist then pour the peppermint in and seal the bag shake it up and get the peppermint on all the cotton then put them on cabinets in drawers in basement attic porch and they last about 4-6 weeks u wont see another mouse or rat they cut down on spiders it works! And ur house smells terrific!

Terrible smell even after diluting. No peppermint smell at all. Too late to return but not what is touted. Buyer beware

I bought this as a natural product to use to keep away ants. Effective.
