Living in central Florida in the summer owning a black 2017 Mustang GT the oders of the past 12 months bake into a less than desirable funk.I purchased this filter with the hope of eliminating some or most without going through the long process of disinfecting each of the vents and air box.Not only did it eliminate the stale and old oders but the ac blower is working easier. Even when I forget to change them at the proper intervals, there is no loss of air quality or flow.While I'm sure this depends on your car, they are also very easy to change.
