Amazing, easy to use and affordable! L😍VE!!!
Oh my goodness! This Millipunti overlocker/serger is amazing! Okay, maybe that is too high praise for an entry level machine, but for a new sewist like me having an overlocker is brilliant! Prior to making this purchase I was using pinking shears. What a difference having an overlocker makes. Since this is my first one and I am so new I don’t really know how much better a higher end machine would be. For my needs this overlocker does everything I need it to do. Okay on to ease of use, it is really easy, I was a little nervous to get started because the info says the machine is not pre threaded, and the intricate thread path seemed too much for me, (it actually isn’t hard) but, it actually comes with 4 white thread cones and is pre threaded with a decent length of color coordinating threads that you can tie your thread onto and then start stitching until the colored threads are all the way through. That didn’t go well for me so I ended up having to thread some of the threads myself and all went well. It is a nice weight, it isn’t a large machine at all and has suction cups on the bottom to help it stay in place, but I don’t think they are necessary because the weight keeps it very stable. I have made three dresses and a skirt so far. I just love it. If you are on the fence about buying a serger/overlocker because you think you need to spend some $$$, this machine cannot be beat for the price. You don’t need to spend a lot and if you sell your creations, this machine will pay for itself in no time. My only regret, not buying it sooner!

So Far I’m Impressed! Very New Sewist!
Okay, so I’ve only had this for a few days, also I will note I’m not a seasoned sewist! I’m new! I have been researching these machines for weeks. All different kinds. Ranging in price, the top model I was interested in was 800.00. I’ve read about them on endless platforms, scoured the internet for reviews, asked AI, watched videos to hear them all and watch their performance. I settled on a few of them that were higher cost starter machines 600-800.00, however, none of them had all the options I wanted. That and the thought of spending that much when I’m not sure it will become a lasting “hobby” was stressful. Then I found this! I honestly could not pass this by, with the 70.00 coupon I figured I would give it a go. What could I lose. I had an Amazon credit and some gift cards so by the time I applied that all it was 94.00. I am thrilled with what I revived. It is easy to thread, just follow the chart. The thing is heavy! Which is good , because it sits nice which allows for a sturdy and calm sew sound. Relaxing sew sound! I watched people using a one that is often recommended as a starter on YouTube, a popular name (B) , that is around the same price, however, it’s only a 3,4 stitch and rattles and is loud and has minimal stitch options. This has 13 stitch options. Solid. Nice sound. You can shut the cut foot. It has two needles, one can be removed. There is a tool set, free arm, waste catcher. Mine came with the colored threads so you could tie on with new ones and not have to rethread, however, I did both so I could try it. Easy peasy! Has that click in thread adjustment, manual adjust. Spool holders are a good distance from each other, however, I don’t have the largest spools on it. I don’t have any. It has a dust cover included. Tweezers. Screwdriver. Allen wrench. Spool holders with nets, waste collector, brush, and a needle pack. Differential feed. Pressure foot adjustment , and did I mention 13 stitches? I’ve tested it. Been just practicing basics. The only con is the smell. The oil is settling into its places and it’s strong for me, however, I have a chemical sensitivity so I’m very sensitive. Someone else may not notice it. I did research and found that it’s common when first using a serger and I can tell it’s going away. It’s not just thins model I read about the oil smell, but a new serger in general. So with all that said, so far I’m very pleased I did not overpay for a machine that didn’t have everything I wanted. The free arm I almost settled on not having one, so glad I didn’t do that because I can see now how important it is if you’re using this for garments. I’ll be working on all the things in my closet I never reach for due to fit, before tackling my own garment. This will give me time to get to know my machines and also learn pattern making , before I purchase expensive fabric and ruin it. (Haha)

Great Serger/overlocker Machine
This serger takes some time to learn but as long as you keep the instructions close by you’ll be able to use it just fine. Before you know it you’ll be using it without the instruction manual. After a little practice I went from not knowing what a serger was to knowing how to thread and use one.I used the different color threads to learn which tension buttons affected which threads and needles. After I learned that I felt confident enough to use one color on all four spools. This machine cuts through thick fabric like quilts and stretch fabric and knit fabric with ease. You can adjust the width of the blade to cut more or less of the fabric. The speed is controlled by a foot pedal. It takes some practice and patience to thread the left and right needle but with the tweezers that are provided it gets the job done. This machine also lets you use two and three threads instead of only four. I would definitely recommend using this product.

Amazing Serger Overlock
I knew nothing about a serger, after searching, I knew one thing they are expensive and sound too complicated, however I love this machine, super easy to use and thread. I suggest waiting until you get it review the instructions then come back here and view the videos the instruction will become even more clear, and you will see how easy it is. I can serge all day long and it has taken my business to the next level and I'm very glad I purchased this one as it had all the extras I wanted. Enjoy! I do not leave many reviews on my own, however I had to let everyone know how awesome this Serger Overlock was and its worth every penny.
