Excellent base for gelato
Used in a full size soft-serve machine, mixed well with the emulsifier for a basic vanilla gelato and was great. Velvety smooth!

Vegan ice cream mix
The media could not be loaded. Really good! It’s more like a gelato so melts quickly and is a little to sweet, so definitely have to follow the instructions and use unsweetened milk or milk substitute.but overall it was pretty good.
