Does this come with a full picutre? Like, a folded full picture inside or something? Or just the box image?

Yes a double sided sheet was included with the puzzle. That was I believe larger than picture on box. The reverse of the sheet showed a map of USA and gave more information on the National parks. This was a fun puzzle to work and many of my fellow library patrons stopped to look and then told me stories of their favorite parks or ones they hoped to visit. I hope you will enjoy this puzzle.
