Q: Could anyone please advise if used on a polished alloy wheel, this filler can be polished to a shine to match please?

Don’t think so it is a filler not for a finished article would need to be painted

Q: What grade sandpaper would you recommend to sand once applied?

I dont know the exact figure but I would use a medium grade just to clean of all the muck the wheel then apply the filler. Then rub down with medium grade paper followed by fine and then polish with scratch remover. That's what I did anyway!

Q: Do you need to purchase anything further to mix with this?

Hi only need silver alloy paint and fine sand paper

Q: My car has damaged wheel at the edge and I have to inflate tire every week due to air leaking through the damaged wheel.Is this will product helpful?

No. If your tyre is damaged you will need to repair or replace the tyre. This only patches up the alloy wheel dents ready for respraying.
