Great lroducts
I order all my flavored oils by LorAnn. I believe them to be high quality and stronger than extracts.

Yummy flavoring
I added this flavoring to chocolate melting wafers. What a great addition! I added 1/4 tea per pound of chocolate and that was enough as it is so strong. I dipped almond flavored shortbread heart shaped cookies in it for my son's wedding. Guests loved them.

Good value, solid almond scent
I love the almond scent, but most true bitter almond oil has only a faint aroma. I've tried several different types of almond essence/scent to use in my DIY nail treatment. For LorAnnPROS:1) I appreciated that they say right up front it's artificial. Makes me trust the product overall much more with such honesty in advertising.2) The scent is really nice--has an edge of alcohol to it, but that's probably the preservatives--and seems to last.3) Free shipping! (I hate paying shipping. I'd rather pay more and have free shipping. Yeah, I know, not smart & total mind game.)4) Good value and quantity for the cost.CONS:1) That slight but sharp edge to the scent--but I haven't found anything better.Ultimately I found that I liked this better than the BITTER ALMOND 100% PURE AROMA ESSENCE FRAGRANCE OIL DIFFUSER CANDLES SPA 0.6 oz with glass dropper, and it costs a tiny bit less (total) even with free shipping and has 40% more product.

Super concentrated, very legit
We tastes it before we realized it was concentrated. Maybe don't do that. Otherwise, amazing product.

Watch out when you measure this
Watch out when you measure this. It is much more potent than other almond flavoring and can easily overwhelm all other flavors if measured the same as other almond flavorings and oils. Start with 1/4 and adjust upward. It gives that definite high quality almond note to pastry and candy, but a drop too much and you can ruin it. I used this in a homemade marzipan recipe. It dominated the natural almond flavor so much that I had to wonder why I spent so much time skinning and pulverizing real almonds. I used thin sheets of the marzipan for pastry and it crowded out all of the complex and expensive ingredient flavors. Superior to other almond flavorings I have tried over the years.
