I got the large and sadly it's a little too small for cockatiels but still works. Quality is decent but birds love it as nest and I love to watch them through the glass. The price is a bit too much though, especially for not having the best quality but other than that I have no complaints.

I bought the medium sized one & 1 Tiel just fits. I like it because they can't really toss out the nesting materials. It really didn't take them long to figure it out. They were, of course, skittish for a day or 2, but the need to sit on their eggs took over & now they have no problem going in & out.

This box is shown as being able to see into the nest, it had a white covering on one side of the plex that I never could get off totally, the other side was fairly simple. The layout of my cages made this a bit tricky to use. My Sun Conure immediately broke part of the wood guide that covers the plex. That’s just the way birds are.

Update on all previous updates:3/1/2025After receiving a perfect nesting box replacement for the damaged-upon-receipt-item, I give this a five star rating for making sure the replacement product was as it should be before shipping out to a customer.I am hoping these efforts will continue for other customers as well, before it ever becomes necessary for one to even need a replacement.P. I am no longer happy with this particular succession of purchases and will not be buying this product here, anymore.First purchased item:I would have given this a five star review except for the fact that the white film lining that covered the clear plastic, (where we are supposed to be able to look into the box), was located on the inside of the box instead of the outside.Subsequently it was impossible to remove.But I became I needed the box right away I was unable to return it for a replacement.Fortunately, short of being unable to view my birds raising their chicks, that does not seem to present any problem.

The media could not be loaded. The wood is cheap and it came broken and some screws loose which I had to put back on. Good thing they were still in the packaging, I wanted to replace it because I paid $30 plus tax for this item, but my husband said no because Blueberry is about to start laying the eggs soon. Blueberry, she loves it, but Kiwi, nah he is not into it, he looks inside but doesn't get in. I was able to install it fast

que es una casita para mis ninfas o cackatiel hermosa ellas estan encantadas entran y salen muy agusto tambien puedes encontrar en tamano mas pequeno si tienes pajaritos mas pequenos o puedes agarrar la XL si acaso tienes pajaritos mas grandes o mas de dos me encanta por que tiene una ventana donde los puedes mirar o para comodidad de los pajaritos le puedes poner la tapa o tablita que cubre la ventana para su privacidad

While being assembled, didn't notice warped wooden panel, returned to manufacturer, setup a better quality control dept. Wasted my time returning item, embarrassing!
