Great product for a great price
This is a good size salt lick for a horse, comes with a sturdy rope that you string up through the middle and can then attach to a corral panel or bars on a stall. My horse liked it and it typically lasted about two months before it became too small to stay on the rope and needed to be reordered.

The Deer I put it out for have shown great improvement in both hair and hooves!
It came up to my expectations and their advertising. it is a fine product for deer and horses. I have already recommended it to my friends in ranching.

One-tenth the cost of salt wheels - purchased for a bunny. UPDATE: 3 years later
I purchased one of these for my daughter's bunny rather than buying one of the typical salt wheels. I compared prices before purchasing and found that the standard salt wheels were around $5 for 4 ounces (or $1.25 per ounce) but this 4.4 pound (70.4 ounces) block was only $8.50 (approximately 12 cents per ounce). This is definitely the economical choice at less than one-tenth of the price!I like that it is a solid piece versus a pressed cake. The cylindrical block we received is 4 1/4 inches long and 4" wide. We tied it up in the corner of his cage and,all is well. I would purchase another if and when we need one.UPDATE: I bought 2 of these 3 years ago for two rabbits that are housed separately. Although both salt licks are definitely smaller, the bunnies are still on their original blocks (the rope lasted less than a year but was easy to replace). The larger rabbit will probably need a new salt block by summer’s end but the smaller rabbit still has half a block left. I purchased a third one for my son’s bun-bun a year and a half ago and she seems to prefer these over her old salt spool, too. They are definitely long lasting and price efficient.
