Acrylicos Vallejo 32 ml Metal Color - Gloss Black Primer

One of my favorite brands, fast drying and good coverage.

As described

not sure why this is labelled on the bottle as if it's under vallejo's standard "surface primer" line, it was released as part of the "metal colour" line as a glossy base for metallics and is listed under the "metal colour" section of their website. it seems to be formulated differently from their other "surface primer" products too because it goes through an airbrush much better than the rest, though still not as well as their "mecha primer" line and is still pretty troublesome even with needle lubricant and flow improver. it also isn't very durable compared to the "mecha primer" line and will scrape off easily on articulated models

….amazon delivered this one tiny pot of paint in a box big enough to fit Vallejo’s entire paint range in. Excellent product though, used it today to hand prime my Spacemarines from my Recruit starter set. Worked brilliantly.

I have used this for many years, it covers well and has a great gloss finish.
