Q: Does it include the tc8 pad?

I sent mine back. The control pad comes with it but you have to have it hard-wired by Ethernet cable. The one I ordered could only be used for zoom as it was somehow locked by the seller and they had the code to lock and unlock it which was shady and this wasn’t disclosed or advertised. The camera also didn’t seem to have the quality for a piece of equipment this expensive. I wasn’t impressed to say the least.

Q: Regarding to pwr:amer-type b, does it only support 110v or 110/220v? and the power cord connect to the power adaptor or direct line out from device?

The power supply supports the following: Typical operating voltage/power - 37 VA @ 120 V @ 60 Hz - 37 VA @ 230 V @ 50/60 Hz The power cord connects to the power adapter which connects to the X30.

Q: Is this locked to running zoom, or can it also be used as a ms teams room?

It can run Zoom, Zoom Rooms, and Microsoft Teams natively. You can also connect a computer or laptop to run it in device mode, which allows you to use whichever meeting platform the connected device is using.

Q: Is it compatible with any webrtc-based browser videoconferencing solution? or can i run linux / another system on it?

The x30 has native support for Zoom, Microsoft Teams, GoToRoom, StarLeaf, RingCentral, Dialpad. It can also be used as a bring your own device by connecting it to a computer via USB. It can be set as a default device and audio should go in and out through it. You cannot install any other OS on the unit.
