Bought this to cut holes through tile and decking for a 4 hole faucet set.Great price and good enough to get the job done. Pretty much used up by the last cut.Smooth cut through porcelain tile with no chipping. Underlying support material was probably the cause of early failure.

Had no issue drilling a hole through 1 inch thick laboratory grade phenolic resin countertop. Went at a slow speed and had a second set of hands squirting water on the cut because it does heat up fast. Took a good 10 minutes of stop and go but the hole was very clean and the holesaw could be used again if needed. For the price I only needed to use it once so it did its job 100%

I needed to install a safety bar in my lady friend's shower, and needed two 1 1/4 inch holes in the ceramic tile, to take the wall anchors needed to mount the bar. I bought two of these, thinking that they might wear out pretty quickly, going through 3/8 of an inch of tile, but one of them did both holes, with no reduction in effectiveness. Highly recommended!
