Q: Hello, can I unlock this padlock if I am in another city?

Hi, The C210 smart padlock cannot unlock remotely for now, it could only be unlocked with the bluetooth in the near range. Although the lock cannot be remotely opened, it can share the app access to others to achieve remote use. However, our R400 gateway is now under development, it will soon be released in the future.
