First of all, I like to say it is very large. The heat covers my neck all the way to my lower back. I use it at night once I snap it over my neck and turn the level up to the highest heat setting. My muscles are relieved. My pain is relieved and I slept like a baby it shuts off automatically and if I want to continue my heat therapy I roll over and hit the button and we go again. It’s lightweight easy to use and I love the design. Great value for the cost.

Bought as a gift, my friend is ecstatic with the heating pad and area it covers. She has back and hip pain, is happy with the item.

Love this especially when I’m on my period and my back is killing me. I’m fat. Was scared it wouldn’t wrap around me with the ties but it does ! And it clamps around my neck but I don’t like feeling claustrophobic so I don’t clamp it. There’s enough slack for the remote too which is nice. Very easy to control. It’s hard not to fall asleep in it! Instructions say not to place a blanket over you while using it and to not lay on it which is so hard to do but I do it in small increments and there have been no issues.

I bought this item for a friend of mine who had a lot of back pain and it works if that you need for , also around your neck and shoulders.

I have had a heating pad on my office chair for a decade now so I have tried many different types/styles. I have always fought to get them to stay up by stringing the cords funny or attaching them in strange ways. Even then they were always too small or bunched up funny and I seemed to be fussing with them all the time. Ten years later... a stroke of brilliance! Why not by a heating pad that covers my whole back, meant to go around my neck but turn it around on the chair. This one covers my whole back and it warm all the way up it stays nicely in place. My one complaint so far is that it can get too warm on the highest setting. No worries though I will just adjust the heat setting down a notch or two. I would recommend this to anyone who likes to have their back warmed throughout their work day.

Loved the hand pocket as my hands get cold and this really helps! Heat has auto shut off, so you do have to re-set if you sit for any length of time. However, there are several settings on timer!The ties on sides are cumbersome and cords are awkward if you have to get up and down. Cord is down by pocket area, so at least not near the neck.I use this every time I am in my recliner. Love it!

This was a back up heat pad , I opened and have been using for about a month i noticed couple times it was warm when it was off I didn’t think much of it but today I went to what felt like high on off and it could be dangerous for many reasons , burns , fires. So not real happy with product
