I am underweight, so I liked that this brand's passionflower extract came in a milder dose than most. I've been struggling to sleep at night because of anxiety and I took one capsule before bed to start out. I felt it working quickly, in about 10 minutes. I became really groggy and my body was definitely relaxing. However, my mind was still anxious and it took me hours to fall asleep. Once I fell asleep though, I had vivid dreams. I woke up this morning still groggy and felt that way all day. I wouldn't recommend taking this in the daytime or if you have to drive because it is really strong despite what other reviewers claimed. I won't be taking this every night because it is a bit much for me. I think I will save it for panic attacks and try something else like L-theanine for my anxiety and maybe a Kava tea at night or California Poppy supplement.
