No, thin single layered, breathable, kind of see through material.

No clue, it does not say on the tag. We have been using them for months and love the weight and comfort of the fabric. We use them mainly for wind protection but they also seem to block UV

The company speaks a lot about the quality and a lot of other things. Nothing is truth, all lies. The material is cheap, you might find better quality products like this at the dollar stores. I definitely returned this item a week a go and I still waiting to have my money back.
