The grains for the water kefir from this seller are of very good quality and have been multiplying with batch 1. The whatsapp number is active and is very supportive, the guidance was very helpful at every step of my learning process. If you follow the exact steps shared,for example the brown sugar , the palm jaggery and the use of packaged water you will get results better than your expectations. I was told of the side effects but did not see any extreme side effects but have seen improvement in my skin and overall health in a very short time. Thankyou feelgood Kefir or Kelifta!!
