WEN 2305-KC Keyless Rotary Tool Chuck works great
WEN 2305-KC Keyless Rotary Tool ChuckI normally use Dremel. My Dremels have the keyless chucks.I recently received a Bauer rotary tool.I tried the Dremel chuck but it's to small and didn't fit.I purchased this one and it fits and works great.Well worth the price for the extra convenience of the keyless chuck.I would highly recommend and I will buy again when needed

Better price out there. Only Home Depot matches it, and Amazon saved me the trip!
Excellent! Fits perfectly on my 2305

2nd One Did Fit! :)
I noticed several people who rated this one star had the same issue I had initially: that their chuck didn't fit- I wanted to let you know, I requested a replacement, and that one miraculously was larger and did fit. If yours is initially off, try this and see if you get lucky.Like others, I am not 100% sure how long it will last: it does have some tricky issues with the jaws opening and closing, but it is holding onto the bits once they do successfully open and close. (The "teeth" are protruding slightly, it looks not unlike the Graboid from Tremors :)I'm ecstatic that it's working, at least for now. I would purchase it again.I'll update this review down the road, and let you know how long it lasts.I took off one star for the sizing issue and the need to reorder/reship, and for the opening and closing of the jaws. If it holds up, I'll bump it back up a star down the road.I have the Wen 2305 rotary tool that I purchased in 2017. I was wondering if the newer models were slightly smaller, to enable users to interchange with Dremel? I wonder if that might've been the issue initially with the size difference? The new chuck fit both the rotary tool threads and the flex shaft. I am happy.

Has larger diameter WEN style threads so it fits many non dremel brand tools
I seldom give 5 stars but this lil device really deserves it...This chuck might seem a bit pricy compared to most of the other chucks advertised on amazon and other places but there is a reason...THIS CHUCK FITS WEN AND OTHER INEXPENSIVE NON DREMEL BRANDS OF 12V DC ROTARY TOOLS LIKE THOSE SOLD AT HARBOR FREIGHT AND ARE DIFFICULT TO FIND.WEN and many non Dremel chucks use a larger diameter thread to mount the chuck to the tool so Dremel chucks are too small to fit them.I have one of the inexpensive Warrior brand 12v rotary tools from harbor freight..(im actually on my third one, having worn out 2 over the years). I like these because it can be used from a 12v car cig lighter or the 120v adapter.. so its my goto tool for lots of things..My pet peeve is that over time the brass chuck collet inserts wear so that they do not hold bits and the bits slip.I have been searching for a standard 3 finger chuck like this for a long time but my tool uses the WEN style chuck which has a larger diameter thread to attach to the tool than the dremel tools and most of the chucks available are sized to fit the dremel so i was extremely pleased to find one that fit my tool.Since this chuck is adjustable and accepts a wide range of tool shanks from 0 to 1/8 inch i can now fit any size bit or small drill bit securely without changing the collet when changing bits which is also a pain.Would highly recommend this as a replacement for the brass collets to anyone who uses a nom dremel brand tool.

Fits Wen 23103
This is a life saver. It saves so much time from trying to look for collets and looking to find the right size or replace worn out collets. It’s simple, you loosen it to open the chuck and tighten to close the chuck. Just like a drill and when you have it hand tight get your spanner wrench and give it a light turn to make it snug so the bit won’t come loose. Also I want to mention, when you receive this keyless chuck, it does not open or close unless it’s being threaded onto the rotary tool. FYI. I also found that this keyless chuck fits the flex shaft that came with my Wen 23103. This has completely changed the game for me. Great quality and simplicity at its finest. A+

Does NOT fit the Tacklife rotary tool!
I purchased because one commenter said this fit the Tacklife rotary tool, but it does not. It is too large and cannot screw onto the tool. I did however find that the Dremel chuck #4486 does fit the Tacklife tool.

Works with the flex shaft of the McCraft MT1D mototool. At least it did for mine.
The product description said that this key-less chuck was compatible with the WEN 2305 mototool. I found that such mototool had the very same exact flex shaft as my McCraft MT1D mototool (going by the pictures seems to be a generic flex shaft that many brands share or license). So I made the purchase hoping for the best, and it worked perfectly:Announced to be compatible with the WEN 2305 mototool, It work with my McCraft MT1D mototool. At least it did for mine.
