Are these compatible with Swingline #101 tacker staple gun?

I just bought these because of the seller's answer, but these do not fit in my Swingline #101. The width is correct, but these are too tall and the loading latch won't close.

Do these fit in the Swingline S7039005 heavy duty stapler?

Yes I almost 100% sure -- I just tried them they are 3/8" and the stapler you mentioned handles this size perfectly - I have this exact stapler.

I am not familiar with that stapler, but what you have to ascertain is the following: There are three levels of staples, and this gets people very confused -- and puzzled when they have jams. Level #1: Regular, "standard" staples. Level #2: "High Capacity". Level #3: "Heavy Duty". "HC" is the same thickness as 'standard', but have longer legs so they can staple through more sheets. "HD" has both the longer legs and are also thicker -- so that they can be stapled into even more sheets, and also so that they can be used in staplers that staple into walls. Since the "hammer" that pushes the staple has to be the exact thickness of the staple -- as does the opening though which it goes, if the staple is too thick, it will not be able to push through, and, likewise, if it is too thin, it will try to push through two, but will not be able to, leading to a jam. So you need to check exactly what type of staples the stapler can use. Also note that the words "HC" and "HD" are not necessarily exact definitions -- I don't think that that necessarily defines the size the stapler takes.
