Q: Will this get rid of saggy upper arms?

yes it can in the long run. its like you are doing exercises and it targets that specific muscle so it will tone in the long run

The EMS exerciser is a stand alone product and does not require a remote for any form of programming. All are done on the device itself

Q: Will this work if you don't have grip strength?

Yes this wll work however both hands need to hold the device in order for the device to work. If you remove one hand it wll stop but it will continue its electrical impluse if you are holding it with both hands
