Can i use this to play old game systems like a wii or a ps2 onto any tv?

My country has european plugs (type-c), and uses 220 volts. can this adapter convert 220 volts, or do ineed to buy a different power adapter ?

EURO USB powers adapters are cheap why not buy one. But if is of any help. My US adapter is labeled 100-240 VAC 50/60 Hz, 5VDC 1 A. Operator's manual is very lacking. I use the NTSC to HDMI conversion. I am still happy to have a converter than doesn't stretch the 4:3 video to 16:9 full screen.
