Q: will it work with standard lipgloss tubes (ie: bobby brown)

This product does not fit in most standard lip gloss tubes. However, we do have a Spatty Lip for smaller tubes such as lip gloss! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B083SRWM77?ref=myi_title_dp

Q: Does this work in MAC foundation bottles?

Not sure what a MAC foundation is but I'm sure it does, works in all my brands bottles, as long as yur bottles isn't taller than 5 1/2 "

I don't see why it wouldn't work for square bottles. Just use the squarish corner of the spatula for getting into the corner of the bottle.

Q: Could you simply trim your Spatty a tiny bit with scissors if it is too big to fit in a tube?

I guess you could but it would be nice if they made a mini they would fit the smaller lip sticks/gloss and eyeshadow tubes
