Meguiars G191700EU Smooth Surface Clay Kit, to remove contaminants such as tree sap, tar, overspray and industrial fallout

Bought this to help shift tar spots and industrial fall out (little orange spots that looked initially like rust) from my white car. The clay bar seems to be the only thing to shift these safely without damaging the paintwork. In the pack you get 3 clay bars which I found adequate for my Mercedes 4x4 and only used about 50% of the clay. This is the best quality clay bar I have used and with the lubricant it gives stunning results, producing a glass like finish on my white paintwork. It's not a quick process, but if you tackle one panel at a time and follow the instructions you'll get good results. Might be a bit more expensive than other clay bars, but it's much easier to use and very malleable in your hands, even on a cold day. Will definitely purchase again.

Had a quick go with this straight after delivery, works great and easier than expected. Only negative is description says you get a case to preserve clay but never received. Ah well that’s what sandwich bags are for I suppose.

Meguiars clay bar knocks all others out of the water. Easy to use and lasta a long time with just one 2p size disc. The quick detailer that comes in the kit is my favourite to use, makes the clay glide super easy over the paintwork. Leaving a smooth glass like finish with a shine

Managed to get masonsry paint on the car, just small speckles from the roller when painting the house. Wouldn't wash off, tried alcohol wipes etc but other than picking it off, no joy. Local mobile repair guy tried thinners in a small area and that worked but said the area was too large and might damage the paint, try a valeter and get them to clay bar it...So here we are now, ordered this set, googled the instructions and by Jove the paint just lifted off! I had cleaned the car previously but the volume of crap that came off the car ( only 6 months old too) was phenomenal.Left the paint silky smooth, looking better than waxed and the water beaded off. Just make sure you use lubricant or you could scratch the paint.

Best clay I have ever used.

I wasn’t sure what to expect and I am a car care type of person. This on first application to door panels was very very impressive. A clean white vehicle and I was astonished at what the clay removed.
