First off, YUM lol. I had to actually stop myself from eating more than 3 a day, they taste good and are very gummy and bouncy. But to the actual point - I took “before and after” photos, just 10 days apart, and I do think there is a noticeable difference. It did not impact my blemishes or mild acne so far, but I think it has improved some fine lines and signs of stress. Wow super impressive. How many Gummies come in this bag. These have a great flavor. Art dried up at all and are tasty! They smell like berries and have a great taste. I take two every evening and I’m not sure if it makes my skin better or not, but I do know that my hair is thicker since I’ve started taking these vitamins.

I used these for over a year- and stopped using due to cost. I never noticed a difference either way. The taste is good- but the texture takes some getting used to. Not like regular gummies- thicker and tougher to chew.
