Q: What size wire is it?

Very very thin wires. Make sure you have small wire nuts. I was able to use splice nuts but it was a bit of a pain.

Q: Do you need something to connect? I try with a similar bar and they only turn on they do nothing

The bar has five wires L/R turn, tail, stop and ground. Each has to be connected to the corresponding vehicle live/hot wire plus ground in order to work properly. A simple circuit tester like what you would use to check a fuse will work.

Q: I misplaced the wiring directions. Can you post them here?
