Preferred size rather use two per sheet pan.
This is our third attempt at silicone baking mats, this size is the best.So far so good but our older silicone mats transfered their color to food. Yes, but Y??Caused us to toss out food and silicone baking mat. CHECK ALL YOUR FOOD FOR COLOR TRANSFER. What is it?

Lays flat on a cookie sheet. Nothing sticks to it so far. Easy to use.

Great but could be better
I mainly just use this as an outline when I use parchment paper or when I’m out. This is great in sizing out your macaroons, but they still tend to stick to it after you’re done baking it, causing a small chunk in the middle to be ripped off. This would make a great gift for beginners. It stores easily, very easy to clean if you decide using it, and it can fit into just about anywhere where you decide to store it.
