This is a very good source of magnesium ,pure ,clean with no additives or capsule shells.It helps with relaxation and sleep .The only downside is the taste which is expected as this is not a flavored magnesium,this is pure original taste.Personally I don’t mind the taste ,I drink it down and forget about the taste .one has the option to add it to juices if you wish ,but then there are many other brands with flavored options.

Does not taste very good, but really does work. Feel amazing.

Im definitely going back to the tablet form. This fast is absolutely awful 😂 I’m struggling to finish this bottle.I didn’t feel any different. Tablet worked better for me

U wont recommend this to anyone , it taste absloutly horrible , fishy , stinky I feel like throwing up every time i used it
