Will this paper work in an hp home office ink jet printer? some comments say yes, others no. thanks.

It works with my HP ink jet. However, be careful handling sheet after it comes out of the printer as the ink is still wet and will smear.

Will it desolate quickly in the rain or morning due on the grass? ( I want to use it as confetti for a wedding.

I don't think so. This is for making crafts, I use it for making cards. It doesn't seem to me that it would deteriorate very quickly, if at all.
