Really liked this and need it, most especially, it has a brush attachment. However Item failed to hold it charge within 6 month but, there’s no way to submit a return/replacment, despite the 1 year warranty. I’ve been jumping through hoops and the link to ‘support website’ goes to a ‘forbidden’ page. May try contacting Amazon directly or, see if I can contact seller directly through Amazon.Edit: gone from one star as it failed early to, 5 star, as the company had the courtesy to reach out to me immediately to resolve the matter. Other than the risk of it failing early, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for it’s functionality; it’s purpose, it’s choice in pressure settings, it’s large water reservoir capacity, it’s attachments. If it does fail within the 1 year warranty, at least you know you the company will not hesitate to offer you a resolution.

Finally I bought something that actually warrants 5 stars.Didn't expect it to be so good.I now use it daily and its working well.If it lasts me 12 months it'll work out cheaper than the blue wisdom sticks I used to buy.I have tight teeth and they were the only things that worked.I also have a space that is difficult to get to, but this water flosser blows the stick flossers away.This is genuinely a game changer for me. No more smelly gap at back!Not sure if my gym health has improved, I'm trying to get a dental appointment.If it does go kaput in 6mths like others have said, I'll be back to knock some stars off. But I'd buy another.Good product

Failed to charge after initial charge ran out. I've tried multiple leads but nothing is happening unfortunately. A shame, as it was fantastic up until that point.No way to contact the seller, as their 'support' link on their seller page only takes you to more products. Will have to contact amazon directly to liase.

Bought on recommendation. Very good price with the discount voucher and fast delivery on Prime. Lots of attachments and neat storage bag. Needs some practice to avoid power washing the bathroom but hopefully will be useful for cleaning between teeth.

This is an excellent product for your teeth, my teeth feel so clean after using it day and night, however it is important to point out that something is not right with the charging of this item..see photos, I’m sure if I had not seen this in time it could have caused a fire. Please be careful if purchasing this product. Amazon are issuing me a refund

My last one was a well known brand and it didn't last long.This H2Oflosser is well built and is easy to use.I'm really impressed with the cleaning of my teeth and removal of plaque around the gum line.I would recommend this water flosser because it is easy to use and it's good quality for the price.You can also buy replacement heads for the water flosser.

The first one lasted 6 months before the battery failed. In fairness, the retailer replaced it with a new item.Unfortunately, this one also failed but after 7 months, which of course, is outside of the warranty period.Good when it worked but the product is unreliable and should have lasted a lot longer.
