It is good for digestion If you have a heavy meal but it's taste is very bad and was a bit over prized when I bought

its not good, i finished whole pack, even sometime i took 2 also but does not effect on me, i dont recommend, useless

It takes approx 8 hours for me, so I drink it at 10pm and by 7am it begins, but it’s not over in one go, be prepared for 2 hours of back and forth, so don’t plan on going to work/being more than 2 metres away from the bathroom. There will be stomach cramping. But by lunching I am couple of kg lighter, stomach flatter, and good to go!
