Amazing customer service. Just make sure that your lights are on or it won’t connect (meaning that you turn them on manually and not use the auto feature). The picture lags and has some minor connectivity issues at highway speeds on my 30’ trailer, which I expected.

I guess I've been spoiled by years of having Furion cameras on my travel trailers, but purchased this one because my new TT is pre-wired for it. Ugh, it is awful in comparison. It is an observation and back up camera, so it's great to be able to use it while driving and parking, but it ends there. The picture is super grainy/choppy like it's virtual picture not an actual picture, and sometimes there's a lag so you need to wait to change lanes just to be sure there's not a car there. Then randomly the connection drops completely without warning. I was able to bring it back by turning off the monitor and turning it back on but there are times it drops again and won't reconnect. Hoping I am still within my return window.

I purchased this for my intech RV, which was a direct connect. It was super easy to install and does work. My biggest gripe is that the video lags and often disconnects. My trailer is only 16ft and it is only 24 ft from the camera to the receiver. I have used other cameras that worked better like the Furion cameras. If you want easy to install this works fine.

This was the brand designed to work with our new camper. My husband uses this when he's parking it in a spot and it really helps. We aimed ours so the back spare tire is just out of frame letting us know we need to stop.Works well.

If you don’t have a rear camera on your trailer, you need one. This one does the trick. My trailer already has the pre wired mount, so it was not too bad to install. One challenge ( thus the 4 stars) was getting to the fasteners with the camera in the way. I had to disconnect the camera from the bracket, but there are spacers that I had to be very careful not to lose. They really should allow for the clearance to Mount. Another challenge that contributed to the 4 stars was the angle and indicators. To position it so the reverse indicators look to be where they are supposed to be, limits the vehicles you see while on the highway since it’s facing too far down angle. They should make it a little flexible where you show the indicators for your specific install.My wife won’t drive the truck and trailer without this camera, and she loves how much visibility it gives her along with peace of mind to see what’s going on behind us.We love this system!!

The only time it would show a picture was when it was in direct contact within 6ft of monitor. Once on the back of my 17ft camper trailer, no signal, not even a glimpse. Sent back, will not buy again.

Like the ability to hear my spouse at the back of the camper helping guide me into parking spot. View is clear. Camper was pre wired so installation was a breeze.

If you use this as a backup camera it’s good. But, as an observation camera driving down the interstate our signal goes in and out. Still, we find it’s helpful when backing.
