Q: Vitamin D level is stated as 200 micro grams and 400iu. I was told by my pharmacist 400iu was 10 micrograms. Please could you clarify this.

It says 20mcg not 200mcg, 20mcg is 800iu (your pharmacist is correct) the 2nd value shown is % NRV which it says is 400% The NRV (or RDA) for vitamin D3 varies a lot by country, UK has 400iu, US 600iu most countries at least 800iu and many scientific studies recommend 1000 iu to 4000 iu

Q: Are these suitable for water fasting?

These made me nauseous every time I took them. Had them returned. Good luck with the fast. Just did a 72h water fast and took a different multivitamin every day.

The smell is the B vitamins. Nutritional yeast stinks, but it’s a fantastic supplement
