This is a good vitamin. I read that you should take D3 with K and this brand was doctor recommended.

These vitamins are awesome, small and mighty so absorption is good. No taste at all and no smell

I like this brand however when I recieved the bottle it wasn't like the picture . It was different.

I use this while nursing and pregnant to keep up my vitamins and support my bone health. Will continue after baby as well.

The Vitamin D3 + K2 supplement was suggested to me by a nutritionist. The combination of 5000 IU of D3 and 100 mcg of K2 is effective for optimal calcium absorption, supporting bone health. I appreciate the potency of the formula, and the small, easy-to-swallow capsules make it convenient for daily use. However, I'm not 100% certain it is working any better than other brands I've used (esp considering the price). A solid four-star rating for its small size and convenience. I wish I knew for certain if it was any better than the others and worth the hype. W/ all the controversy about knock off supplements on Amazon, I'm leery these days more so than ever.
