This is excellent for my back. I ordered a second one for my friend because she also has back problems. It is amazing how well it helps my back pain. One day I was working in the yard and I had forgotten to put it on and so my back was hurting pretty badly. I put it on after I had been working in the yard and it actually helped my back feel better! Obviously you're supposed to put it on before you start work but it does help if you forget. It is very sturdy and a very good value for your money. I bought a size large and it's flexible so you can tighten it or loosen it as needed. It took me a minute or two to figure out how to put it on because it has extra straps on the side of it that help you tighten it or loosen it but that's it otherwise it's easy to do. The material is fine and I found the whole thing very comfortable and it works!

I suffer from lower back and mid back pain. After open heart surgery my abdominal strength just wasn't back to normal and my core weakened. The back pain started and got so bad I had to go to the ER a couple times. I purchased this to get me through the day and it does just that. Just measure your belly as they mention in the description, to get your size correct. This product fits perfectly. Very easy to adjust and is even comfortable while sitting. It gives the support I need while working and lifting. Also it aliviated pain while wearing it which was great. Quality made and functional.

Wanted to like it, and I did to a point. I like that the depth was a little wider than some other brands as I have issues in areas higher than other brands cover. Don't know if the triangular disc was helpful or not as I didn't wear it long enough. The issue I had was the Velcro was too strong. Know that might not sound like an issue to most folk but my severely arthritic hands/fingers had to struggle way too much to remove or to just adjust tension. Velcro on other brace I have is far less grippy, provides sufficient support and is way easier to remove/adjust. Sadly had to return but believe it is a good brace overall otherwise.

This is hands down one of the best back support braces I've ever used! It nit only has the obe layer of support, it also has the extra snug support that you can use on top of that! It doesn't come loose even after bending or sing alot of movement. Im a female with a tummy and it was very comfortable. I purchased the lg/xl and the fit was great! Not too tight, and not too loose. Actually I feel like that size could even fit the smallest frame. I will say that if your stomach is larger than a 40 inch, you might want to consider going up a sz. It is adjustable. I wore it all night doing my stocking job and was very comfortable. I was surprised considering how snug I had it. Im actually thinking of buying another to have in the distant future. I would highly suggest to get a brace that has double closure as this one does. It stay in place and isn't hot. Very easy to put on. Look no further if you're in search of a great back brace/support!

I purchased this back brace for my brother he is definitely in love ❤️ as it really supports his back. He had 5 surgeries on his back. The price is very reasonable and very reliable!! This back brace helped my back immensely when working around the house. My weight is 235 and I am 5’1. It’s a little big, however I can tighten it and it works. I did remove the triangular removable piece on the back and it is comfortable now. I had to get used to wearing it. I am retired, hubby and I are unpacking boxes and If I am not wearing the brace I can definitely feel the difference. Good brace for the money.

Best buy! Durable, super comfortable NO rough areas. Flawless on stitches. Not thin but not thick, I've tried the thin one, I did not liked it I don't feel any hold/grip on my tummy. What I need is a real one that will give support at the same time I can keep inside my clothing too.
