Will it work with the fitbit inspire 3 model?

I honestly don't know. The actual AREA that surrounds the item you insert is 1" wide and 2 1/2" long. It is a netting that will expand upward to cover your Fitbit. I have a very old, but still functional, Fitbit One that I use in it. I love the band.

Will it fit the fitbit inspire 2 model?

I can’t answer that question. I bought mine for the Flex 2.

No. It only fits the bullet style trackers. I use it for my old Alta and it’s a tight fit.
