Long life and fast recharging
I have uses friends for several years. Recently two of my batteries went dead after about 5 years of recharging. Purchase fees and I didn't realize my flashlight was only running on two and a half before when now all four batteries make it super bright. These definitely hold up to numerous charges as I've had them for 5 years in the past before they went bad.

Weigh half as much as Amazon basics
They charge and work. They are much much lighter than Amazon basics (probably due to thinner walls). Amazon basics weigh x2 compared to these.

Last a long time
Time is the only sign if it’s a good product and I’ve been using them for 2 full summers now. I recharge them using the energizer charger so it’s brand with brand. My portable fan needs 6 batteries and the charger charges 4 at a time. To charge 4 of these using a wall outlet it takes about 4 hours. So if you have more than 4 batteries to charge it’s going to take about 7-8 hours….no way around it. You can save time if you buy 2 chargers. When I have my portable fan on the highest setting these 6 fully charged batteries last about 7 hours but the last 2 hours it loses strength big time and then no power. In comparison to store bought energizer batteries, I can get full strength for about 14 hours and then the next 10-12 hours are soft strength. So store bought batteries last me 3-4 days of fan usage while these rechargeable ones only last one day and then I have to spend all day charging them up again. It’s just a hassle. I do find myself just paying for the store bought a lot even though I have these lol.

As advertised*
Product works as advertised.Capacity:As mentioned in description, Battery capacity is 2500 mah , which is similar capacity to AA (might be low for most situation).Value:There is other rechargeable battery with same price with higher (advertised) capacityProduct life/durability:Been a year, battery still charge and powers with no problemPersonal note:Writing review after buying it a year agoProduct work as advertised.Bought product without realizing capacity (even though it is in the description). This battery did not meet the original need so I had to buy different battery with higher (advertised) capacityI still use this (energizer recharge) product thoughLast comment:Energizer should sell similar product with higher capacity

Hoping even though the outlay is at first expensive that over time...money will be saved.
Hoping even though the outlay is at first seemly expensive that over time...money will be saved. I bought to gift our two different grandsons along with their battery eating Christmas gifts, Hot wheel racetracks. I read in another review on the tracks I picked that you could go through batteries like crazy. Which meant that play time could end all to abruptly. So, I ordered both a charger and two sets of batteries for each grandson.

The worst rechargeable batteries I've ever used
Total junk. These batteries only last 2-3 days in a small refrigerator fan used in our RV. They take almost 8 hours to charge in our energizer charger. Normal disposable batteries last months in the same fan. I bought these to reduce waste but they were expensive and don't function as a substitute for disposable batteries. Save your money and look for an alternative.

Good Longevity, Excellent (in my opinion) Amount of Usage Time w/ Full Charge
We purchased these originally almost 9 years ago for a baby swing that we didn't want to keep buying new batteries for. Still have them and use them regularly with the most recent baby. We need three batteries for the swing and originally had enough for 2 "sets" so we'd always have some charged and ready to go. At some point we lost 1 battery and no longer had enough for our 2 sets anymore so purchased new ones again. Now I can say that the new ones do tend to last a little longer than the old ones, but it's only by an hour or so. The old ones will still last for a good 5 or 6 hours of straight use. In my opinion, that's pretty dang good for a product almost a decade old. And they're all being charged with the original charger we purchased almost 9 years ago now too. I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone looking to save money on batteries over the long term. Another thing to be noted though is it's very easy to tell the difference between the new and old just by looking at them. Whatever the "label" is that covers these tends to fray at the tops so they don't look very pretty anymore after so many years of use and abuse. This was also the case with the AA's we had also gotten so long ago.
