Q: I've used this and like it. But Gold Bond has a cream in an almost identical package labelled "softening with shea butter" (leaving out the "foot cream" part). Is that cream virtually the same as this one? Or is there something special to this that really addresses feet, specifically?

I made the same mistake because the containers look almost exactly alike. I wanted the foot cream and see that urea is listed as the second ingredient, and in the other (softening but not foot cream) urea is listed as the third ingredient.
