I take in the evening before bed, adjust the amount of it you drink to suit your own body. Taste very strong but using it as part of my general well being most of these herbs don’t taste that nice but is good for your body

Listed as rhubarb flavoured- couldn’t be further from the truth. Whatever this tea is supposed to do medicinally, it doesn’t nor should it be advertised as being rhubarb flavoured. Yuck 🤢
