Great product. Works as expected!

Works very well to help keep cold liquids cool on hot summer runs. Add some ice and your fluids stay cooler even longer.They make a little bit of noise and are are a tiny bit heavier than non-insulated bottles, but nothing I can’t ignore. The refreshing cool fluids make it completely worth it!

I own the non-insulated version of the Nathan soft flask, run with it several times a week, and really like it. My wife was wanting one, so I purchased this insulated version for her. When I first filled it with water, it was fine. Within one hour the water had a really strong plastic smell and taste. I tried washing it several times but the plastic smell and taste remain and it is not usable. I am disappointed as I was expecting the same great experience I had with the non-insulated version. I returned it .

How am I supposed to hold this for a long run without a strap? .. bye bye to my fingers?

I purchased the Nathan insulated flask to use with my Naked running band. It works great. I haven’t run with it in hot weather but so far so good. No leaking while running really.

The soft flask is described as fitting in all Nathan hydration vests. Not true. It’s too big.
