I mounted this to the top of my battery bracket for my Sea-Doo, overall nice product and worked very well!

I have a 16 ft enclosed trailer. I wanted interior lighting, back up lighting, camera, and electric jack with inboard 12v battery to operate trailer when not vehicle connected. To do this appropriately, 4 pin pigtail was converted to standard 7 pin, junction marine junction box on tongue. The Marine Bus was necessary to use interior to interface connection to battery, pos/neg 8 gauge connection to exterior junction box, and interior fuse box. From fuse box all components, all above components interface. This allows interior battery to charge when connected to vehicle, and trailer to rely on larger power system from truck. In short, perfect interface for my power hub project.

I bought these to replace several open positive (+) DC bus bars on an off-grid solar installation. They are compact and fairly tough looking. The items were described as "red". Seller shipped (2) red and (1) black item. Kind of irritating - but not really worth the hassle of a return and waiting for a replacement. On a positive note I was impressed by their inclusion of (conductive) NO-OX-ID (A-SPECIAL) grease for the stainless studs. 300 series stainless hardware has a tendency to bind and gall when torqued - especially if using an electric impact, etc. I will toss out the useless split washers - as they have no effect on locking anything. They are basically a partially-failed flat washer.

I have installed three of these over the past few years on separate 50V DC systems, they work well and are built sturdy, no issues.

Rewired my 17 foot fishing boat for dual batteries, added on board charger and battery switch. Use one unit in the battery box and another in the aft battery area when I moved both batteries. Easy to install and really like the smaller terminal screws points for smaller wires.

Bolts right onto my battery box with a couple studs welded on it.and makes things so much cleaner looking as well as safe with the cover. Up front it allowed me to upgrade all the charging and starting wiring easily and quickly(big3), as well as tap into big power for car audio, seperate 100 amp 6 fused panel independent of the factory harness and an inventor for 1500 watts AC.

If I had to do it all over I would have purchased the smaller unit. But it is not the products fault. It is strong and if you know what you are doing you have a lot of options on installation. I was very happy with the quality.
